Repair Agreement
Conditions of “in-house” Service
Two copies of this service terms and conditions will be printed at the end of this process. One for in-store and the 2nd copy will be e-mailed to you, which is optional at your request.
Diagnostic service is defined as only determining the cause of the problem and giving the customer a thorough analysis and an estimate of the cost to repair, to be determined usually within one business day.
Normal service is defined as requiring Z Tech Loop to begin working on the equipment described on the work order as soon as possible, with priority being based on the date and time of the receipt (first in/first out.)
Emergency service is defined as requiring Z Tech Loop to begin on the equipment described on the work order within four business hours after receipt, it will be the next unit scheduled to enter service as soon as bench space permits.
Under no circumstances will Z Tech Loop replace damaged computers and smart phones with new ones. The customer must direct all claims for such replacements to the hardware vendor.
3rd Party Products
We are only responsible for repairs that are requested by you, and only you. Please check your devices beforehand before making an appointment. You agree that you understand the following conditions and allow Z Tech Loop to repair your product at your request.
In case if the customer decides to bring his or her own custom parts for repair process, these are the conditions:
1. Labor cost is not negotiable [Ask your technician for further detail]
2. Only the part(s) that is brought in by the customer will be replaced.
a. Any other pre-existing issues or problems that arises after the installation is not our responsibility.
i. We do not diagnose other technical issues other than what you requests from us from our appointment.
b. There will be an additional labor fee of $30/hour if the customer requests us to fix any pre-existing or concurrent issue, before the cost of any additional part(s) are needed.
